Welcome to Trophy Roofing and Construction. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure clarity and mutual understanding between Trophy Roofing DFW (“Company”) and you, the client (“Client”).

1. Scope of Services

Trophy Roofing DFW provides a range of services, including but not limited to:

  • Roof installation and replacement

  • Roof repairs and maintenance

  • Gutter installation and repair

  • Fence staining and installation

  • Patio covers and pergolas

  • Exterior and interior painting

All services will be detailed in a written estimate or contract provided to the Client prior to commencement.

2. Estimates and Proposals

  • Validity: All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

  • Changes: Any alterations to the scope of work must be documented and agreed upon in writing by both parties.

  • Exclusions: Unless specified, estimates do not include unforeseen structural repairs or additional services outside the initial scope.

3. Payment Terms

  • Deposit: A deposit, as specified in the contract, is required to schedule and commence work.

  • Progress Payments: For larger projects, progress payments may be outlined in the contract.

  • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project.

  • Late Payments: Payments not received within 10 days of the due date may incur a late fee of 2.5% per week on the unpaid balance.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Access: Ensure clear access to the work area during agreed working hours.

  • Personal Property: Remove or protect personal items near the work area.

  • Utilities: Provide necessary utilities (e.g., electricity, water) required for the completion of the project.

5. Warranties

  • Workmanship Warranty: We offer a 5-year warranty on workmanship for new roof installations and replacements.

  • Material Warranty: Manufacturer warranties on materials will be provided as applicable.

  • Exclusions: Warranties do not cover damages caused by:

    • Acts of God (e.g., storms, hail, tornadoes)

    • Improper maintenance or misuse

    • Unauthorized modifications or repairs by third parties

6. Insurance and Liability

  • Insurance: Trophy Roofing DFW maintains comprehensive liability insurance and workers’ compensation coverage.

  • Limitations: We are not liable for:

    • Pre-existing structural issues

    • Delays caused by weather, supply chain disruptions, or other unforeseen events

    • Incidental or consequential damages beyond the scope of the contract

7. Permits and Regulations

  • Permits: The Client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits unless otherwise specified in the contract.

  • Compliance: All work will be performed in accordance with local building codes and regulations.

8. Changes and Cancellations

  • Change Orders: Any changes to the scope of work must be documented and agreed upon in writing.

  • Cancellations: If the Client cancels the project after materials have been ordered or work has commenced, the Client may be responsible for costs incurred up to the point of cancellation.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
